Lieutenant, Army Nursing Corps, Pearl Harbor for the duration of WWII.  Loving wife and loving mother and grandmother for all of her days.

She knew the horror and loss of war, but found peace and healing in contemplation with nature. Therefore it is most fitting that we, her family, dedicate this Lace Bark Elm to her memory.
